Aromatherapy Herbal

Hay fever advice …?
This is the first Year, I really have hay fever affected. I take Piriton but it is not much. Does anyone know any herbal / Aromatherapy / home remedies that could help it? Thanks xxx
Now I use NASL spray and tablets (do not know what they are called)
