What is the most potent neurological antioxidant remedy available?

I have read up on Astaxanthin as well as Acai berry products. Doctors say i might be schizoaffective. So I’m looking for the most potent, strong, antioxidant known to this day targeting more brain/cognitive functions. Your answers are highly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

Aerobic exercise 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes and making sure you get to your target heart rate for cardio exercise which is about 80% of your regular heart rate. There are studies that show this to be as effective or more compared to anti-depressants. In addition to getting your body cleansed out through exercise you should also learn how to replenish your serotonin levels through the ‘relaxation reponse’ that comes from meditation. An anxious mind is not a well rested mind and it becomes a not well functioning mind. Also watch your sleep. Try to get a solid 8 hours a night, turn off lights (including those from computer & tv screens) about an hour before bed to help you wind down. And try to get up at the same time every morning.
