Omega-3 Fish Oil supplement?
I would like to know which capsules are the best brands of omega 3 fish oil.
I personally am very concerned about my health. I have Omega-3 supplements researched very thoroughly. I think I've found the best source for finding health information and have found one of the Best Fish Oils on the market. The product is Mercola's salmon oil. The important thing is the fish oil should be hung for mercury and other heavy metals be tested. I think this is more important than most people think of us? The fish oil is composed of a pure source of the salmon are not many fish. It has many other good qualities, can you read on the sources listed below.
