Soy vs whey? Lose weight and get lean muscles?
ok so do not try in, bulk up or just to streamline everything and get slimmer. IVE tried whey protein in the past week and a friend of mine told me that instead of soy-protein drink, because its healthier and has less fat, because I will gain weight with the whey. in turn trying to lose weight nothing great just five or six pounds, but I'll still be the same muscle gaining benefit from soy?
