Taking calcium vitamin supplement healthy for a 13 year old child is underweight?
He weights around 75 pounds and is 4'11 … he's not gone through puberty took its supplement 500 mg calcium + vitamin D for 2 days and then she began coughing, then He will blame it on makin pill supplement her cough. Is it quite healthy for him even though it overdose? Should I take the problem away and let him drink milk only, milk is enough?
Now doctors are recommending Vitamin D 2000mg a day for an average person (adult). And calcium can build up the deposit if disabled, I was one of my legs ….. but I just drank milk! Talk to your pediatrician or go to http://www.medhelp.org and ask the pediatric community for free. (Ask a doctor costs $ $ on that site, but the community has free docs …)
