Age Minmum for Caltrate 600 + Vitamin D?

I am 16 years old male and asked me if I can take the calcium Caltrate 600 with Vitamin D. It says on the label "Not formulated for children," but I wonder whether I am a child medically and, if so, it will not negatively impact the Taking the supplement. Thanks made in advance.

Medically there is no set limit on when you become an adult. Sometimes a 18-year-old is with an adult hospital are brought, sometimes it will be brought to a pediatric hospital. In general, a 16-year-old would still be as to a child. That being said, you are probably okay to take the Caltrate + D. What they really worried that the doses are too high for small children and can reach potentially toxic Quantities. If you are adult-size or close to it, there should be no problem. In the future, if you ever recall concerns like these, because you always ask the Pharmacist at the pharmacy.
