Is this really help by taking vitamins?
I tried to take the vitamins and never seem to give me more energy. I tired all the time! In addition, the iron in the multivitamin forced me and I could not even go to the toilet. My pharmacist told me to try Centrum Silver contains no iron and took care of this problem, but I still feel that I have no energy.
You may need electrolyte instead of vitamins.
