What are the benefits of slow (sustained) release tablets?
Things like multi-vitamins and Fish Oil are either normal forms or the much more expensive sustained release forms. Are the slow release really are more advantages or is it all just marketing hype. Are the expensive options better or just like the cheap.
I You will say that the slow release ones are better, because if you feed the body is an excessive amount of vitamins, get rid of the body excess. so will it be better to take a pill that slowly release the vitamin, and the body can absorb better, without wasting it.
