Colon Cleanse Parasite

Colon Cleansing question?
Hi need advice from my father is in his late 50s and is very, very constipated. He went the doctor and gave pills to no avail. Hes been very interested in buying a colon cleansing "Gravestone advertisements on television more, but I'm sure they are or could be a scam (I say this because the last time I purchased a product from a television and got his identity theft). Here is my question Is it dust, strong tea made from herbs, enzymes, anti-parasite capsules or liquid supplements that are good for cleaning the colon? (Preferably not online stores), I'd be very happy! =)
If wishing to use the potty, drink some prune juice. Otherwise, go to Walgreens or CVS and buy a more than two points against the clean, to avoid future problems. If you take medication, I would ask the pharmacist would be better for him:)
