After you have or have had maybe four or five months, what to psychotherapy (CBT) for depression, than you should?

be able to fight their own negative thoughts in the future to resolve itself? I mean, this is the primary goal of therapy, but what if your depression coming back sometime in the future, After initially going for CBT in your distant past. If they do CBT again with perhaps put on an antidepressant, because you do not drug therapy have had before? I would also like to have a positive outlook completely in reality, a more stable footing. I'm not naive enough to believe that after five meetings or so, I suddenly, the world in rose-colored glasses, because I do not. I will never, and I'm good with, I know that would only achieve a stable, positive but realistic Outlook on the life of the therapy is that a fair expectation?

I would ask people here what they did to overcome depression. Maybe sometimes It is good because it shows us where we need to change our thinking, so that the benefits of the people look depressed. I have a DVD that is me by Abraham Hicks & it the astonishing power of emotions will help it taught me what to do when I was depressed. Just this morning I've used it. I was on my arm and instead to say that I know I have cancer and need to cut it, etc. I was worried the neg thinking stopped and said, it's probably not as bad and I will make an appointment to see what the Dr. said I will go from there … go to this DVD from the library, it will be more what you know about depression. Check yourself for food allergies. I just eat chocolate because it has a chemical the brain needs. So first try the natural things, so that even if you go to drugs wil have these tools to help you.
