What can I use to clean the colon?
Vegetraian I am, I exercise five days a week and I'm a nut comprehensive health. I want to get rid of toxins in my body. Many of my friends have used Miralax and say they feel incredible. I need info. PLEASE ignorant comments! Thank you all!
You can always try to drink salt water. You know not the relationship of salt water, but there may be some information in certain places of origin of detoxification.
