Are the omega-3 supplements, I am useless here?

My doctor has me taking 3000 mg of the Natrol brand Omega-3 fatty acid Fish Oil (molecularly distilled and from sardines and anchovies). I have recently started seeing another doctor who told me that, omega-3 fatty acid supplements are not as effective as ever of course fish, so is it really any point in my supplements under the? (I take them for the general health of the heart and depression) My new doctor seems to think, supplemented do little or no good long-term. Any thoughts?

Actually this is not entirely correct. Some people believe that any Should complement from all over the source (the new doctor thinks your obvious) to come, but with oil, it is much safer to take fish oil softgels, because they clean are. Fish from the ocean can eat many traces of heavy metals that have been dropped in the ocean, as much fish as the case may be very bad for your health. With fish oil, they are cleaned, processed and distilled to remove trace impurities. is uncooked Besides, there is the fact that you eat a lot of fresh fish ( better for the fish oil, but less sure in many cases) the amount of Fish Oil Softgel get in one. Different people (doctors and non-doctors) Opinions varied whether it is better to get something from this source or processed from the same source …. and often, it varies depending on the ingredient. Finally, fish is better a purified source.
