Would it be better to take Fish Oil or krill oil for omega-3 EFA
recommend a specific brand?
I take fish oil and I think it is better. GNC's brand is good.
Krill Oil used in Prograde EFA ICON has 47 Times the Anti-oxidant power than fish oil
