Is it ok to mix different essential oils in the sauna?
I enjoy the sauna at the gym to go in and I had purchased the oil several bottles of aromatherapy essential. Is it okay to mix them all in a bowl with water and then pour it into the sauna rocks? How many drops are ok? And there is something that would be better for them to work? Thank you.
skate. It is perfectly okay to mix these oils in the sauna. But if you go, to ensure it on the skin like a massage that you have a patch test first on the inside of the elbow. if it does itch or burn after 15 minutes, then you are fine are. Happiness.
