Excess Vitamin D
Posted on 01 September 2010

what vitamins are not stored in significant amounts in the body and should continue to be provided?
DKEC I think it could be C because the body do not store excessive amounts of it but I'm not sure.
Vitamines A, D, E and K are fat soluble and so the body can store vitamines. Vit.C but is not fat soluble, so the body can not store vit.C so we have to give them back. It is currently on fresh veg., Fruits and largely citrous fruit.
