what happens if you have excess of vitamins?
what happens if you have excess of vitamins, vitamin pills or take them if you do not need of vitamin E, lutein, lycopene, vitamin B6 and B12, vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium and how can I tell if they are hydrosoluble, I feel really sick of dont know if this is the cause is a multivitamin pill called Centrum
Hypervitaminosis can be very dangerous and there are many manifestations depending on the vitamin is taken in excess.
