With a view to fat to lose that last bit. only protein shakes to work Would Drinking?
I'm 19, 5'7 "and weighs 145 pounds. I'm not "fat". In fact, there are probably less than an ounce of fat on my legs. But like the rest of the world I'm trying to tone my chest middle section (Abs!) And mean. I run every day (3-5 miles) and work 3-5 times a week and eat healthy. In general, my diet consists of a protein shake for breakfast, an apple for a snack, eggs or chicken for lunch, almonds for an afternoon snack and a protein shake before I at dinner Gym go to the. Even with all this I still can not get there. I wonder if drinking water would only low carb low calorie protein shakes and not eating anything else work better? (If you are concerned about lack of vitamins, I take a good multivitamin along with several other vitamins: E, B complex, C, fish oils) Each Diet or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
