I have severe eczema, what and what not to eat?
Please give me a big list of the types of foods should I avoid that, and what Food should I eat. I know I want to avoid, seafood, dairy and spicy foods. I know, Fish Oil and zinc are good to recording. Are there any other vitamins, in particular I should be here?
