Can one overdose Omega3 Fatty Acids?
Is it necessary to use linseed and Fish Oil at the same time?
Yes, You can. Vitamin A can be toxic, more so in the fish-oil base as a source of beta-carotene. Moreover, there is now a new worry; fish oil contains mercury, and too much you will be mad as a hatter.
