Professional details of the purchase of Fish Oil .. pls ..?
Krill oil has Omega-3 long-chain fatty acids as fish oil .. right? This was not my main question because I can not find anywhere krill oil here in Finland. Fish, fish oil and therefore contains tiny amounts of mercury, lead and cadmium in usually .. right? Now would be a good professional company said lead on the bottle that the oil is, mercury and cadmium free? I mean, it is advisable for anyone to buy a bottle with this information? You should go to one, GNC when buying something such as fish oil. The best fish oil is a company from outside the Nordic Natural. " They only make Omega-3 or omega-3, 6 and 9 And they make other stuff. I can not remember. lol It helps a lot with things like joints, good skin and hair … etc. Yes, lead, mercury, cadmium, and oil are in poor fish. For Fish oil, make sure only that good in a bottle, that the sun does not shine through. If yes, good .. It is bad. = / If you take fish oil, make sure that your breath does not smell like fish. If it does not, the terrible fish oil or fish oil company is old. If you do not fish oil, because you are still not "safe" You can try flax seed oil. I think it tastes nasty as shizzz .. but it is for you, just like fish oil (omegasss!) good. Most people take their Cereal, or put it in their yogurt or something. Good luck!
