Does anyone Fish Oil supplements during pregnancy?
For the first two months of this pregnancy I had a really expensive, triple oil tested Mucury fish pill. My doctor said, not because of the danger of toxins. I thought it was a lower risk of having the pills then eat fish. But I have something that I stop because Read about too much vitamin A in the fish oil plus vitamin A in the prenatal pill I have taken. You do not want pregnant women to skin creams with VitaMan A use in them for the risk of birth defects. I hope I did not cause damage to my baby because of this.
you havent done damage to pray, and the revenue has. prenatal try to supplement a good place, and folic acid. Folic acid can prevent and in some cases to repair damage caused. Vitamin K is also helpful. Cauliflower, spinach, vegetables, broccoli and cabbage are all eating very well for you.
