Fish oils and calcium?

I'm recovering bullets from a long stay in hospital antibiotic contained a blood poisoning, traumatic and premature Labor and many weeks. To help me, I back up my calcium levels enegry take a multivitamin, fish oils and. Calcium is important because there are a number of female Bone-related problems. When should I take these pills? I have also heard that fish oils and calcium should not be taken simultaneously. Is that true? What are the side effects of this? I also eat a healthy balanced diet, but where I live all the veg and fruit is seasonal as no oranges in the summer, etc.

The best time is to take all the vitamins, after breakfast. At least that's what I found! You do not want to take vitamins on empty stomach and if you look they have them at breakfast all day while you are running around to the body, rather than doing so while you sleep and release hospital.
