Can I use both allowances?
Can / Should I switch to linseed oil to improve omega 3 fatty acids? I am currently Puritans Pride Fish Oil 1200mg's 1-2x daily, for three years. I have very low serotonin levels, and have read that Omega-3 serotonin produced. (Please do not lecture me excersize on nutrition, Drugs advice etc) Can I take both? A fish oil, flaxseed, and one or is it too much? Thank you
No problem, you can both take. The human Body absorbs only 10% of the omega-3 oils in flaxseed because it is a plant source. They absorb 100% of what you need oil from fish source, because it is a beast. So, no problem. In addition, flax fiber, and sometimes acts as a bond with fatty acids, remove it from the system before you get a chance to digest it. The Omega-3 flax exist to benefit the plant, not what eats the plant. It is not the most helpful source. The Omega-3 in fish is to help the fish, But the fish can swim from the robbers are eaten there is no need for the body of the fish to take precautionary measures against Iran. Plants can not run be, they have defenses. Therefore, absorption is so poor from most vegetable sources.
