Omega-3 fish oils .. Side effects?
Hello .. I am 29 years old and do not like to eat fish, so do not eat fish … I began to day beans Fish Oil capsules 2 in one for the last 10 days … I've always kind of mosquito bite itching rashes off 2-3 in a day … these fish oil caused this …. because on the same day, when I started these capsules, I went for walks, so I thought until now that it is off, the mosquitoes bit me while I was walking in? … You think I should be with These are pole beans or just to go one tablespoon Ground Flaxseed a day … which is better.
