Flax seed oil and seed mix?

Since I went vegetarian, I have linseed oil is a supplement for the daily omega 3 essential fatty acids (555mg twice daily). Would it be too much omega-3-seed mix to add this one, sprinkled on cereal or in a salad? It's not that I try more omega-3, but I like the taste and texture to get the seeds. Can you risk too much omega-3 from the whole?

There is no danger of "OD" ing on can flax or Omega's, they have a laxative effect if done more, I take a supplement to and use of raw linseed oil in my food, it can not be heated or is it bitter, plus it must be kept in a cool, dark place, as it quickly that rancid, why it is sold in small dark bottles go, hold I mine in the frig. when you use it you add it in economical, granola I make my own raw materials and add it with the vegetable oil and soy margarine at the base, I do not bake, seeds used in oil, food or supplement, it is good for your overall health that I have noticed in the 3 years I have been use it, my skin is smoother, I do not get the rash dry winter here in Canada that I use and my hair is full and my hairline has comeback, I was not bare, but it was creeping back. Just be careful and if you have any questions, you will find just a little cut back to a safer and more comfortable level.

Flaxseed Oil is an Important Supplement – Use it Daily
