I was getting breastmilk as her milk supply. He perscribed drops TriVitamin W. fluoride containing vitamins A, D, while the back by his pediatrician but he always spits them right out. Iam wondering if it was ok he wont take her vitamins if it affect him in the long run? I am trying to let him wean himself .. He has cheese, yougurt … things that nature
Put drops in his juice. Apple disguises it well. Or give him a chewy jelly-Vit if you can get them if where you are. Try to give him food that contains vitamins – vitamin A is in carrot samples and vitamin D are oily fish and eggs among other things. Its hard to get enough vitamin D from our diet, to increase is often a way to go, unless you can get sunshine its skin often. Sunlight is a major Source Of Vitamin D. As for the fluoride supplement, it will help in developing his teeth and reduce the incidence of cavities. Ask your doctor for an alternative to the drops if you can not hide them in his juice. Failing that, I'd go for a vitamin jelly-that he could chew, they are often orange-flavored gum and look like a sweet wine! With any luck he will find the taste and not spit them!
