Am I done with my vitamin intake?
I take several vitamins have begun for the first time in my life .. I am 41 years old the list of supplements: B complex, C, D, E, Berry, Fish Oil, royal jelly, ginseng, evening primrose oil and zinc tables Acai would add a little more, but a little concern about whether I could DO:)
The Real Vitamin "takes are soluble in water. Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are stored in body fat and they can do. The "alternative" things, (royal jelly, acai berries, ginsing, zinc, etc.) have not been proven by studies to be anything if you can take it or not, depending on whether you think they do nothing.
