Goji Berries Dried

Goji berries. What to do with them?
I bought dry and tasty, do not do anything special with them? O persevere untasty in the dry?
I tried these yesterday. I found soaking fruit in a bowl of water removes the bitter taste. Water tastes nice as I put a lot of paintings pairs
