What's another good source of calcium than other Milk?

I can not milk. Have not been fond of it since 4th grade. Can I have it on cereal, but plain drinking it, I can not do it. I am able to do so up until 4th grade when I was in school and the teacher gave me a damn bad, ugly, warm milk, and since then, I've never touched the stuff. I do not know if the milk is bad or what, but it is ugly. I can not remember if flavored milk or no, if it has flavor, I'll drink it. Anyways, I shot depot, and I took two tablets of calcium pills a day for calcium and the tablets they also have vitamin D and K. But I would add not only calcium for bones, but for my teeth to make them stronger. What is another good form of calcium and, not laugh, but uh, what the taste of your milk? Good milk. LOL! Maybe I'll go back to drinking milk, but still has a small doubt! Thanks!

Do not forget to read the label food, they are actually very helpful in determining the amount of calcium in your diet what. If you live in an area with hard tap water, can be with luck in a very free source of calcium! Make ice cubes from the tap if you do not like the taste. Freezing tends to mask the taste of hard water. Exercise is an important factor in maintaining bone health. As you need strong bones to support your healthy body during activity. High-impact sports such as jogging, or running your body will send a signal to collect the available calcium to increase bone density. Milk tastes creamy and sweet, that with a slightly rough feel to the tongue as an aftertaste. (I drink lactose-free milk.)
