Krill Oil vs Fish Oil?
I've read that Krill oil is resorbed at the cellular level to 95-98% and is absorbable at the 61-65% fish oil. What I want from my oil is the EPA, and I would like to 1000mg (1 gram) of EPA. So, with the above percentages, and some product labels, I found that some of the recommended 150mg of krill oils such as EPA in one portion. If it is 98% absorbable, I suppose this means I am more of a 147mg dose of krill. My Fish oil has EPA 1000mg per serving. If it is 65% absorbable, I suppose this means I always 650mg Clock from fish oil. In Dr. Stoll's book The Omega-3 connection, He measured in grams of EFA and that is what he used in his work, this is to do what I want, too. If I want to get one gram of EPA, this means I would have to almost seven servings of krill, see, or to make less than two portions of fish oil per day my gram?
Krill oil is my preference !!!!!!!
