Labrada Lean Body

I need professional advice on Labrada Lean Body Bar.?
I'm on a low carbohydrate, high protein diet. I eat all the egg whites with chicken, guacamole and some vegetables. I also take Muscle Milk Protein shakes. Anyway is, I just found these bars Lean Body. I like the taste, but I think it may be a little high in sugar. Amendment I ruin my diet by eating? Here are the nutritional facts. Calories – 330 Total fat – 16g Sodium – 190mg Potassium – 150mg Carbohydrate – 26g fiber – 2 grams of sugar – 15g protein – 21g Thanks!
It seems that part and carbohydrate intake is higher than the generally attributed to maintaining a diet low in carbohydrates … unless I exercise regularly and allows a higher intake of carbohydrates … Even subtracting fiber, total carbohydrate, it still too high to stay in the "fat burning mode."
