Lycopene Antioxidant

lycopene antioxidant
If all of synergistic antioxidants?

For example .. If you take Alpha Lipoic Acid extract, Grape Seed, green tea extract, natural Forms of vitamin A (safe level), C, E (safe level), selenium (safe level), lycopene and coenzyme Q10 would they all complement each other at the cellular Level or there is antagonistic. Thanks

The antioxidant network is …….. a network. For optimal performance of the network requires an adequate supply involved with all nutrients. Higher doses of certain nutrients can "spare" (reduce the requirements) for different doses (such as selenium, vitamin E tends Replacement). However, high intake of some nutrients, imbalances in the system (eg, synthetic vitamin E and / or induce complement with only d-alpha-tocopherol, may to induce a deficiency in the body of the gamma-tocopherol – vitamin E should be done with only mixed tocopherols and mixed tocotrienols when doses over the puny RDA for vitamin E) were added. A good rule of thumb is noted: "Nutrients in harmony – they are not solo drugs." Best wishes and good luck.
