I take MuscleTech Mass Tech. What is the best way to gain weight while using this product?
I am trying to gain weight, so I am Muscle Tech to Tech What is the best way to gain weight with this product? I'm gaining weight and mass as possible. Once I was 220 pounds 5 "10. In two months I went to 150 pounds, and even 150 pounds at 6" 1. I need to gain weight ASAP! If Please help.
Take three times a day, that's how often I take protein.
