has frankensence or myrrh essential oils induce dreaming using?
My husband was using frankencense oil on his feet, and myrrh He was doing this oil in the bedroom before going to bed and the room smelt. since the first night when he started using it I've had dreams all night long some kind of oppressive and others I feel have little disturbed, though they are not very scary. a dream I left my body and was behind the mountains I fly home. I had a very hard time waking up from that and was very worried. I do not practice any type of new age things like leaving your body I am very against it because I am a Christian. I was just very tired or have these oils have something to do with it?
How do you think of the scents of these oils? If you do not, how they smell, maybe you're sleeping in a disturbed mood and negatively affects your dreams. I think that would be other things influence your dreams more than these scents would but it's something else going on .. sad news, alarming events, worries weigh on your mind, etc., could carrying on in your sleep?
