best herbal or natural treatments to treat social phobia?
I read about all these medicines and herbs. I see stuff on cognitive therapy. I took drugs as Zoloft and Lexapro in the past without much success. I must take steps to change my life, but do not want to hit another deadlock.
Some might look natural treatments for social phobia, depression as "voodoo", pseudo-science and the stock of other adjectives, but as for me I also had a very bad race doctors give me medicine that did not provide relief. I do not know if my problems are sufficiently large to be handled by professionals, but I understand that these are just throwing darts at a board in treating me drugs that can hurt for me to try some herbal treatments? Much cheaper and with less side effects. Valerian wild lettuce, hops, passionflower, chamomile, catnip, linden, st. St. John's wort are some herbs that can help relax the body gently. Not stop not a panic attack in its tracks you mind but this is not how this stuff works-compatible use for a few weeks or months results if it is good (except the root of valerian, the basis of Valium without the quality of addiction or hangover effect after use). Program detoxification and can help to get things started, but beware, if you have collected a lot of bad things (heavy metals, "toxins" debris in the colon) the detoxification process unearthing some bad feelings and thoughts that your body takes the poisons reactions. Do not know your situation, your diet or your health can not give firm guidance, but once again if the doctors are shooting blanks by giving you drugs to help ensure that we hurt?
