skin hair and nails vitamin? extent has it worked?
Ok, so I was taking these vitamins for 2 weeks My hair grew a little, and my nails have grown a lot, my skin is less oily, but my question is when these vitamins that your hair grows more or less, that nails about? your skin? and if they did not take those vitamins do not answer that question because I do not know the answer because you no evidence, and BTW the gifts of nature. Thank you! =)
Just be careful, because if you take too start growing facial hair. And fact. Some people take to help them grow faster and short-term fears favorites.
