I work a lot with natural foods and supplements in my practice. If I can be sure that the customer is going to eat the right foods, often not required to complete. If the deficiency is mild, dietary supplementation specific works perfectly well. And he does it often turn to the customer likes the food they need anyway!

Folic acid or vitamin B-9: Best Bet Food Sources – wheat germ (refrigerate after opening, because they easily go rancid), eggs, salmon, mushrooms, citrus fruits, and chicken.

Vitamin B complex: Best Bet Sources Food – Any brand with high-power test. The incorrect mark can be responsible for some unpleasant side effects. For me, it's incontinence urine. For all the foods you want a wide range of variety of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Vitamin B-1 or thiamine: Best Bet Food Sources – beans, broccoli, wheat germ, eggs, seafood, nuts, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, poultry, and brown rice.
