Omega3 Fish Oil

By choosing Fish Oil?
I was just choosing fish oil, I see many bottles, which one should I choose? this: http://www.paylesschemists.com.au/product.cfm?ProductID=80066 or this one: https: / / supplements.nutraorigin.com/omega3/free2/index.jsp? cid = g & = gclid CICToKDjqpcCFQ2LDQodfhC9iQ you can see that higher Capsules has nutrients, but lower but others have lower caps and much higher nutrientrs so which one is better and PLEASE explain why?
To make the Truth I say think you should go with the one that has a better nutritonal value. Make sure you can afford it and the second has the chance to reduce triglycerides. So I would definitely recommend the second.
