Osteoporosis And Diet

How does drinking Diet Pepsi cause osteoporosis?
I am a little worried about osteoporosis. Me being a dancer, and lacking weight makes me more at risk. So, I was starting to count my calcium intake and I'm making an effort to drink more milk, and eat more dairy etc. .. but I just can not give up my Diet Pepsi's. This is the only un-healthy things in my diet. Does it really contribute to osteoporosis? And if it is, how? How can I reverse the damage? I want facts and evidence. Thank you.
The phosphoric acid that is in many soda's takes calcium from your bones. I think the only way you can "reverse" this is to take a Calcium Supplement daily. My source? Just type in "effect of phosphoric acid in soda to the bone" to "Search" and read all the information that comes up.
