winemakers who produce wines from Pinot Black with the highest levels of Resveratrol?
I know Pinot Black have some of the highest levels of resveratrol. I am interested in finding the winemakers who produce wines from Pinot Black who have the highest level of resveratrol in the world.
Sorry Pinot Black has the highest level of resveratrol (University of Bordeaux has shown). You'll need to find a cool climate Pinot Black: Burgundy / Oregon? New Zealand. In addition, it has been shown that organic Pinot Black has 30% higher amount. Resveratrol is the result of a degradation enzyme contains polyphenols in grape skins.
