How are renowned Seven Seas Omega-3?
I bought a bottle of seven pulses capsules Omega 3 fish oil-Mares. But reading until I found online that is clearly not desirable and does not seem to be a favorite. I do not know if the site can be trusted if I really appreciate the opinion of others. Thank you in advance
There are several problems with "Fish Oil" capsules. Most Cheap is a mixture of different fish. The purest are the only wild salmon, and are best classified as "pharmaceutical grade" in salmon which means that have been tested for mercury. They are three times more money.Your best option is to compare several products in the health food store Natural and request assistance. You get what you pay for.
