this is a side effect of having Omega-3 Fish Oil pills ?!?!?
Okay, I'm having Fish Oil Tablets for 8 or 9 days and then yesterday & noticed this today in the deep red underskin bumps on my arm and legs … there are not too big and I only have 3 ….. They look like mosquito bites not out of it, even itch! I never like these bumps on my body experienced before …. IDK if something might bite me or if their intake of pills, the fish has anyone ever while taking fish oil pills? happened?
No, it is not a common side effect. However, if you have some form of allergy to the fish oil, it could be, but this would be very rare and it would probably more of a reaction than bumps on your arms and legs. It is more than likely that you Bed bugs, or because it flies in the summer are now biting you.
