Apoptosis unregulated – Cancer?
What is the contribution of apoptosis in cancer unregulated? (With reference p53 and SIRT1)?.
not sure, but SIRT1 p54 controls DNA damage and whether it was too badly damaged, the cell must go in apoptosis – programmed cell death, but if he does not die and gains more mutations, cancer, and it becomes uncontrollable repetition
