Some people think ahead and plan a drink with meals to help you avoid acid reflux. Others hope, and find a drink to relieve acid reflux. Whatever your style, here are some tips on what to drink for acid reflux.

Acid Reflux – What not to drink

There are four drinks may want to avoid if you have problems with acid reflux: alcohol, coffee, mint tea and milk.

1. Alcohol: There is a debate as to whether alcohol causes acid reflux. Some warn against any alcohol while others warn that against a very dry white wine, which tends to have a high acidity. If you have frequent acid reflux, you can try whether it is better or worse alcohol.
