Has anyone tried the detox pads you feet on the night? Did they really?

How do they work? Do they work? I always wondered, if they are not, or if they were made to again after a while, or what black!

I use it once in a while – they are really rude when You wake up – all black and stuff – I have it on my knee – and it seemed to work, but I do not know if it was like a plecebo effect or not. I have an ionic foot bath once and that made me really feel like I detoxed I felt clean and dressed all day!
