<b>Vegans in northern climates to get vitamin D?</b>
<p> <i>Your body does not supply enough vitamin D all year round in northern climates and</i> Just about all the vitamin D that is supplemented from pig hide and just about all the natural sources are from other animals &#8230; do you just eat many shitake mushrooms? Does it prevent you from getting mulitvitamins include vitamin D? Or some that are not strict vegans? </p>
<p> I&#39;m guessing fortified soy milk is one way they get it. I do not think it&#39;s too much of a massive heath issues among the population though. </p>
