Triple Strength Glucosamine

Best supplement for joint pain brand, preferably cheap, but it is obvious that it works?
I think my friend a bottle of glucosamine chondroitin, because he is so young (20 years), but I have pains in the joints. It is a problem Chronic him and I do not think there were supplements. But when I see the bottles in the store, I'm never sure what you get. I want some something that works and is relatively cheap (and I suppose it would be a good thing long term.) Nature Made and CVS store brand on sale seem a lot, but we know nothing of its quality. And my second question: Does the addition of MSM to the formula made to work better? Oh, and there is regular, double and triple action formula. How do you decide to use it?
Ask the pharmacist what is the best. I did it when he wanted something to help increase my energy. I took something already, but decided to do before I bought it and I'm glad did. What I chose can increase blood pressure, he said, and told to buy B-50 and I did. If in doubt, ask the pharmacist. Poppy
