What would you suggest someone who may not have any dairy / soy products that have as a vitamin D?
I BTW nursing, and baby my doctor ordered that I should not have any dairy or soy products for a while because she might be too sensitive to it. Separate every day the sun, what would you recommend I eat (or drink) as a vitamin D? thanks.
Seven including a great addition of calcium and vitamin D combined, designed exclusively for those who can not have dairy. It is in the form of chewable tablets 30, and its pretty cheap. They also taste pretty nice! These are a small, blue bottle.
