Where can I get a vitamin B and iron from food.?
Namely vitamin B (Riboflavin B2 [1] and cyanocobalamin B12 [2])
B12 was found exclusively in animal products, namely beef and pork. It is also replete with chicken. The most absorbable form of iron is also found in meats. It also found plentiful in beans and whole wheat products, but the iron is not easily absorbed. To facilitate absorption, eat something rich in vitamin C with your iron products. Recommended I kiwi, apples, red peppers, or brocolli. Riboflavin is found in dairy products, especially milk. To get the most out of your milk, buy container type opaque and do not drink it very slowly. Riboflavin quickly break down. You can also find plentiful riboflavin in liver, almonds, eggs, shellfish, yogurt, whole grains and green leafy vegetables. Exposed to air for long periods of time, they break down beneficial.
