Calcium and vitamin D too high too low?

I just got my blood test results today and they say that my level of calcium is way too high and my vitamin D is too low. What could this mean? Any suggestions on how to level them out?

Calcium supplements are usually taken to ensure strong bones in old age, but for this to work your vitamin 'D' level should be 30.So around need to stop taking calcium supplements and vitamin D start, under the advice of your doctor.
